Ms. Baker has over 30 years of financial experience, focusing predominantly on the healthcare industry. She is responsible for originating financings for life sciences companies, primarily in western North America. Before joining Oxford, Ms. Baker was executive vice president for Capital Advisors Group, providing investment management services primarily to public and private life sciences and medical device companies. She also held positions as regional business development director for Questpoint, treasurer for MFS Intelenet, assistant treasurer at ASK Computer Systems, vice president of Corporate Finance and Debt for Sierra Capital Companies and treasurer for Consolidated Capital, which operated five publicly traded REITS and 22 real estate limited partnerships. Ms. Baker received a B.A. in Speech Communications and an M.B.A. from University of Denver.

Mr. Chabot joined Oxford in 2002 and serves clients in New England, New York and eastern Canada. He is responsible for the origination of loans in the life sciences area and maintains relationships with venture capitalists to support the debt needs of their portfolio companies. Mr. Chabot has been in the venture lending field for over 15 years, starting with his position at LINC, heading up its East Coast office. After leaving LINC in 1999, he founded CTT Financial and was an advisor to venture-backed companies looking for equipment financing. He received a B.A. from Trinity College, with honors in Economics and History.

Dr. Sanborn has over 20 years of experience in this industry as a venture debt lender and equity investor, banker, executive and entrepreneur. Currently, she is responsible for originating life sciences deals, primarily in Western North America. Her previous positions include managing director at Hercules Technology Growth Capital, senior vice president of Comerica Bank, principal/fund manager at IngleWood Ventures, director of Technology Commercialization at Stratagene and vice president of Business Development at Phenogenex. Over the years, Dr. Sanborn has also advised entrepreneurial boards, investment funds and management teams on operational, financial and strategic matters. She received a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Cornell University/Sloan-Kettering Institute.

Mr. Soller has nearly 15 years of senior lending experience across the life sciences and real estate industries. He has originated, structured and underwritten over $750 million in debt facilities for venture-backed and publicly-listed life sciences companies in the United States, Europe, Australia, Canada, and Israel via loan facilities ranging from $1 million to $50 million. He also manages relationships with investors in Oxford’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Oxford, Mr. Soller was an analyst in the Acquisitions Group of Capital Automotive, a real estate investment trust, where he underwrote over $1 billion in transactions and managed a portion of a $2.5 billion portfolio. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Business, with a concentration in Financial Management from the Virginia Military Institute.

Garrett Henn
GARRETT A. HENN

Mr. Henn has over 10 years of commercial lending experience to public and venture-backed life sciences and technology companies. He became part of the Oxford team in 2008, and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s portfolio of loans in western United States and western Canada. Prior to joining Oxford, Mr. Henn held various positions at Silicon Valley Bank where he managed a portfolio of loans primarily comprised of early and late-stage life sciences and technology companies. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Los Angeles.

LAUREL R. J. WITTMAN
Executive Director, Credit & Portfolio Management
Ms. Wittman has been meeting the financing and advisory needs of growth-oriented companies in the healthcare and technology industries for nearly 15 years. Currently, she manages Oxford’s portfolio of loans and investments made to companies based in the eastern United States, Canada and Europe. Before joining Oxford, she was a senior analyst at WWC Capital Group (Outcome Capital), an investment bank that provides M&A advisory services and raises capital for venture-backed and middle-market technology companies. Ms. Wittman received a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia.
