JOHN N. TOUFANIAN
Chief Legal Officer
Mr. Toufanian has over 15 years of legal experience negotiating and documenting corporate and healthcare finance transactions. Before joining Oxford, he was a senior associate in the Washington, D.C. law office of Latham & Watkins LLP, where he represented commercial and investment banks in leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition and project financings, as well as other senior secured lending transactions. Mr. Toufanian also served as Senior Legal Counsel at CapitalSource, Inc., where he handled the internal legal aspects of the commercial lender. Mr. Toufanian received a B.A. in Government from Cornell University and a J.D. from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the New York Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, and is admitted to the Virginia Bar as corporate counsel.

Ms. Zafar has extensive experience structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial loans, secured financings and cross-border transactions. Before joining Oxford, she was in private practice, representing commercial clients in connection with regulatory and transactional matters. Previously, Ms. Zafar was a research associate at The Advisory Board Company, where she advised clients on healthcare strategies and clinical best practices. She received a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from the University of Maryland. She is a member of the Maryland Bar and is admitted to the Virginia Bar as corporate counsel.
Ms. Williams has broad experience negotiating and drafting documentation to support secured financing transactions. Before joining Oxford, she was in private practice, representing commercial clients in litigation and regulatory matters. Previously, Ms. Williams was an associate at a law firm, where she represented corporate clients before administrative agencies and in state and federal court. She received a B.A. from James Madison University and a J.D. from Howard University School of Law. She is a member of the Maryland Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, and is admitted to the Virginia Bar as corporate counsel.
