LAKE Executive Director, Credit & Portfolio Management Mr. Lake has 15 years of commercial lending experience, specializing in venture-backed life sciences, technology and healthcare services companies. Before joining Oxford, he served as vice president at Silicon Valley Bank, overseeing a portfolio of public and private companies. Mr. Lake has also held various credit, underwriting and business development positions with Fifth Third Bank, FINOVA Capital Corporation and the American Medical Association. Mr. Lake received a B.A. in Business Administration from Aurora University. |

LAUREL R. J. WITTMAN Executive Director, Credit & Portfolio Management Ms. Wittman has been meeting the financing and advisory needs of companies in the healthcare and technology industries for more than 10 years. Currently, she manages Oxford’s portfolio of loans and investments made to companies based in the eastern United States, Canada and Europe. Before joining Oxford, she was a senior analyst at WWC Capital Group, an investment bank that provides M&A advisory services and raises capital for middle-market technology companies. Ms. Wittman received a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia. |

PARM S. ATWAL Senior Director, Credit & Portfolio Management Mr. Atwal has 13 years of healthcare finance experience on the provider side, in leveraged finance, and in strategy and financial advisory. Prior to joining Oxford, he had senior roles originating, structuring and executing leveraged financial transactions at Wells Fargo Foothill, FirstLight Financial and GE Capital, Healthcare Financial Services. In addition, he led healthcare strategy and financial advisory engagements for Kurt Salmon Associates and did managed care contracting and reimbursement analysis at Lifespan and Partners Healthcare. Mr. Atwal received a B.A. from The University of Chicago, an M.H.S. from Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from Emory University. |

JOSEPH F. SOMERSET Senior Director, Credit & Portfolio Management Mr. Somerset has 13 years of healthcare lending experience. Before joining Oxford, he spent seven years with CapitalSource, Inc. originating, underwriting and managing complex debt financings for a diverse portfolio of healthcare companies, including acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, healthcare service providers and healthcare real estate owners. He also held various underwriting and portfolio management positions with GE Capital Healthcare Finance Group and its predecessor company, Heller Financial. Mr. Somerset received a B.A. in Business Administration from Bucknell University and an M.B.A from Wake Forest University. |
